On November 14, the "stress management" psychological group was held in the multi-function hall of the Residential College(No. 1). Li Yang, a national second-class psychotherapist, an intermediate psychotherapist, a registered psychologist of the Chinese Psychological Society, the director of the clinical psychology department of the Fourth People's Hospital of Haining City, and a part-time psychological consultant in the international campus of Zhejiang University, served as the keynote speaker, bringing to the students group guidance on how to conduct self-management decompression.

"One of the effective ways to relieve stress is to play games with partners.". In order to let everyone relax, Miss Li Yang led us to play a small game of "clapping hands". The students who did not know each other formed a group of four to introduce themselves and meet new partners in the game. Teacher Li Yang knows that many college students now relax themselves by playing with their mobile phones, but after playing, they will feel empty. "When I was a child, I was the happiest. I felt different when I played with my friends, and I will remember. This is the difference between happiness and happiness."

How to plan your life after knowing what you want most in your heart? Teacher Li Yang emphasizes the power of concentration and teamwork. "Focus on one thing". If you are dealing with a very difficult thing or many things need to be dealt with at the same time, give yourself a few minutes to do only one thing to listen to your body, such as walking aimlessly, enjoying nature and listening to pure music. "Important things come first". In the two dimensions of important - not important and urgent - not urgent, Li Yang hopes that students will spend more time and energy on learning new skills, keeping healthy and establishing interpersonal relationships, or other things that are not urgent but important, to be calm and efficient. "Create a personal schedule". Because of different personal identities, everyone does different things. Teacher Li Yang led the students to list the things that need to be done this week, gradually reducing to the things that need to be done or want to be done today. "Everything starts from this moment.". If you cannot solve the pressure yourself, you can seek social support, which is the strength of the group. Teacher Li Yang led us to play a game of "looking for partners" to help students find partners with common hobbies, habits and ideas, and share personal ways to relieve stress.
