报名条件Application Criteria

1. 热爱水上运动，有水上运动经验者优先；

People who love water sports and have experience in water activities will be given priority；

2. 身体健康，无心脏病等疾病，身体素质较好，具备200米以上游泳能力者优先；

Good physical health, free from cardiovascular diseases, and individuals with swimming abilities of 200 meters or above will be given priority；

3. 有毅力，吃苦耐劳，能够服从教练安排，认真完成训练任务，能保证持续参与训练者优先；

People who can consistently participate in training and complete training tasks will be given priority；

4. 具有良好的团队协作精神和集体荣誉感。

Have a strong sense of teamwork and collective pride.

日常训练 Daily Training

日常训练包括陆上测功仪训练和水上实训。我们会从陆上训练开始，主要学习掌握测功仪的动作技巧，循序渐进，为水上训练打下坚实基础。除了定期统一训练以外，队员们可自行前往观通书院111划船机练习室进行测功仪自训（练习室于每日8：00-22：00开放，使用前直接在前台登记预约）。

The daily training includes rowing machine training and practical rowing. We will start with rowing machine practice, and then carry out water-based training. In addition to regular training, team members can go to the Rowing Machine Training Room 111 at Guantong College to practice (opens from 8:00 to 22:00 every day, and register at the front desk before using it).

水上训练我们将会前往训练基地——鹃湖。

For water-based training, we will head to the Juanhu training base.

指导教练 Guidance Instructor

陈景磊，赛艇领域知名教练。1998年进入武汉体育学院竞技体校，1999年至2006年签约北京赛艇队。2006年毕业后，在嘉兴市少体校担任赛艇教练。2011年获得中级教练员职称，2019年晋升为高级教练职称。2010被嘉兴市政府授予“嘉兴市十佳教练员”，2006-2010年度荣获嘉兴市业余训练工作先进个人，2016年被浙江省体育局授予浙江省竞技体育突出贡献奖，2020年成为浙江省“百人精英教练员”培养对象。在青少年赛艇训练方面表现突出，培养了张亭等十多名杰出运动员，取得了亚锦赛冠军、世青赛冠军、青运会冠军，以及两届全运会第三，多名队员在全国赛艇锦标赛中斩获冠军。

Chen Jinglei, renowned coach in rowing. He entered the School of Competitive Sports of Wuhan Sports University in 1998 and signed with Beijing Rowing Team from 1999 to 2006. After graduating in 2006, he worked as a rowing coach at the Youth Athletic School in Jiaxing. He obtained the Intermediate Title in 2011 and was promoted to Senior Coach in 2019. From 2006 to 2010, he was recognized as an Outstanding Individual in Amateur Training in Jiaxing. He was awarded “Top 10 Coaches of Jiaxing” by the Jiaxing Government in 2010 and Outstanding Contribution Award for Competitive Sports in Zhejiang Province from Sport Bureau of Zhejiang Province in 2016. In 2020, he was selected as one of the “Elite Coaches of Zhejiang Province” in 2020 and has achieved remarkable results in youth rowing training, cultivating more than ten outstanding athletes such as Zhang Ting and winning many championships including the Asian Championship, World Junior Championship, and National Youth Game. Several team members have also won the title at the National Rowing Championship.
