林建华，中国教育战略学会副会长，北京大学原校长，教授，北京大学未来教育管理研究中心主任。第十二届、十三届全国人民代表大会代表，第十三届全国人民代表大会外事委员会副主任委员，第十三届全国人民代表大会常务委员会委员。历任北京大学化学与分子工程学院院长、北京大学副校长、常务副校长和教务长，先后担任重庆大学校长、浙江大学校长。曾兼任教育部科学技术委员会副主任、中国高等教育学会理科教育专业委员会理事长、中国晶体学会理事长、北京市科协副主席。学术研究领域主要涉及无机固体化学和材料化学等领域。曾获国家级教学成果一等奖。承担过国家基金委面上项目、重点项目、杰出青年基金项目、国家重大基础研究规划项目和863项目等。
Prof. LIN Jianhua, Vice President of Chinese Society of Educational Development Strategy, Former President of Peking University, Professor, Director of Future Education Centre at Peking University. Deputy to the 12th and 13th National People’s Congress, Vice-Chairman Member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the 13th National People’s Congress, Member of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People’s Congress. He served as Dean of the College of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering at Peking University, Vice President, Executive Vice President and Provost of Peking University, as well as President of Chongqing University and President of Zhejiang University. He concurrently served as Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Commission of Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, Chairman of the Science Education Professional Commission of China Association of Higher Education, Chairman of Chinese Crystallographic Society, and Vice Chairman of the Beijing Association for Science and Technology. His academic research fields mainly involve inorganic solid chemistry and materials chemistry. He has won the first prize of National Teaching Achievement Award, and he has undertaken the General Program, Key Program, National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, Major State Basic Research Development Program and 863 Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

Students from Guantong College are welcome to sign up, and the High Table Dinner is open to residents of Weixue College and Laitong College as well.
Students who signed up successfully will be notified.

桌长招募 Table Leaders
桌长职责：促进本桌同学和老师的友好交流；组织管理本桌同学的院袍分发、合影留念等事宜。
招募人数：12名
招募要求：具有较强的责任感，沟通能力强。
Responsibilities: to be a link between the table tutors and students.
Requirements: have a strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
主持人 Student Host
招募人数：2名
招募要求：具有流利的中英文表达能力，有较强的应变能力和亲和力，有相关主持经验为佳。
Requirements: Excellent English and Chinese communication skills, generous temperament and good adaptability, and relevant hosting experience is desirable.
