熊旭深教授 Professor Xushen Xiong 浙江大学良渚实验室“百人计划”研究员,浙江大学医学院附属第二医院双聘研究员。熊旭深教授于2019年博士毕业于北京大学生命科学学院,博士研究方向为RNA修饰和生物信息学;随后在MIT计算机与人工智能系进行博士后研究,方向为计算生物学和人类多基因复杂疾病。熊旭深于2022年加入浙江大学成立独立课题组后,致力于利用统计遗传和人工智能的手段探究表观转录组和表观基因组在人类大脑遗传疾病中发挥作用的生物学机制。以通讯作者或第一作者(含共同)在Cell, Nature Genetics, Nature Machine Intelligence, Cell Genomics等发表论文多篇。 Xushen Xiong is a researcher in the "Hundred Talents Program" at the Liangzhu Laboratory of Zhejiang University and a dual-appointed researcher at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Dr. Xiong earned his Ph.D. from the School of Life Sciences at Peking University in 2019, focusing on RNA modifications and bioinformatics. He then conducted postdoctoral research in computational biology and human polygenic complex diseases at the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) at MIT. In 2022, Dr. Xiong established an independent research group at Zhejiang University, dedicated to exploring the biological mechanisms by which the epitranscriptome and epigenome influence human brain genetic disorders using statistical genetics and artificial intelligence approaches. He has published multiple papers as corresponding or first author (including co-first author) in prestigious journals such as Cell, Nature Genetics, Nature Machine Intelligence, and Cell Genomics.
