沈宁博士

Dr. Ning Shen

浙江大学良渚实验室助理教授。沈宁博士在杜克大学获得药理学博士学位,曾在杜克大学和哈佛医学院担任研究员。她曾担任生物技术公司计算生物学家,致力于针对罕见遗传疾病的药物开发,成功地将候选药物引入了二期临床试验。在良渚实验室,沈宁博士带领实验室聚焦“计算生物学助力精确医学”,开发计算工具,进行生物信息学分析,进行实验验证和药物开发,作为一作或通讯作者于《Nature Communications》《Cell Systems》《Genome Medicine》《PNAs》等发表多篇成果,已获10项国际专利  。

Dr. Ning Shen is an assistant professor at Liangzhu Laboratory, Zhejiang University. She obtained her Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Duke University, and worked as research fellow in both Duke University and Harvard Medical school. Additionally, Dr. Shen has worked as a computational biologist in a biotech company working on drug development for rare genetic diseases and successfully pushed the candidate into phase II clinical trial. At Liangzhu Laboratory, Shen lab works on "empowering precision medicine with computational biology", where they develop computational tools and carry out bioinformatics analysis followed by experiment validation and drug development. Dr. Shen has published bioinformatics analysis followed by experiment validation first/corresponding author papers in Genome Medicine, Nature Communications, PNAs, Cell systems etc, and was granted 10 patents worldwide.
