11月5日中午,来同书院正念冥想课正式开课。在正念教育讲师田继红的引导下,同学们一步步进入冥想的世界,与自己的内心深度对话:闭上眼睛,完全放松,专注于当下,将自己注意力安放到身体不同部位,细心觉察身体内部的感受,仔细倾听身体发出的讯号,体会身心合一的状态。她鼓励同学们把正念融入日常生活中,通过坚持练习让自己始终保持放松和平和的状态。在场的各位同学都是第一次接触正念冥想,来自ZIBS的硕士生王同学分享道:“我感到一种前所未有的宁静与放松,不过在初次练习时有些难以静下心来,或许要再坚持一段时间”,ZJUI23级的朱同学表示:“冥想练习让我感到头脑清爽,可以让我更好专注下午的学习。”
On November 5th, the Mindfulness Meditation practice at Laitong College commenced. Guided by the Instructor Tian Jihong, students engaged in deep dialogue with their inner selves: closing their eyes, fully relaxing, focusing on the present moment, placing their attention on different parts of their bodies, carefully perceiving the sensations within, attentively listening to their body signals, and experiencing the state of unity between mind and body. She encouraged students to integrate mindfulness into their daily lives, maintaining a relaxed and peaceful state through consistent practice.
