11月20日，来同书院“院长早餐会”顺利举行，院长何莲珍教授与7名不同年级和专业的学生共进早餐，交流科研学习和人生规划等方面的困惑。何老师鼓励大家挖掘自己的兴趣和优势，经过广泛尝试后再聚焦与未来目标相关的领域。她强调夯实理论知识为未来科研打好基础。同时，何老师希望同学们多与学长学姐和老师们交流，为自身未来规划提供指引。“何老师耐心解答了我有关寒暑假短期交流项目申请的困惑，她很亲切，也很热心”，ZJUI本科生蒋至桢说。ZJUI硕士生USAMA MUHAMMAD ARIF表示：“Prof. He shared her advice on managing pressure when faced with multiple tasks, which is helpful for me.”
