近日,来同书院本学期“聚力同行——八段锦与正念冥想”系列活动圆满落幕。八段锦的张水良教练通过行云流水般的示范,引导同学们领会动作的精妙与呼吸的节奏。持续的练习让同学们感受到体态的改善,也体会到传统健身术中蕴含的力量。正念冥想课程的田继红讲师用温暖而有节奏的语言,引导同学们专注呼吸与身体的感受,逐步放下心中烦忧,体验难得的身心合一,感受内在的平衡与力量。整个系列活动受到同学们好评,让大家在繁忙的学习之余放松身心,掌握身心健康的有效方法,以更加积极的状态面对学习生活。
Baduanjin and Meditation activities of Laitong College came to a successful conclusion, Under the guidance of Baduanjin instructor Zhang Shuiliang, students felt the improvement of their physique. In the Positive Thinking Meditation, Tian Jihong used warm and rhythmic language to guide the students to focus on their breathing and body sensations, experiencing the rare unity of body and mind.
