3月22日，惟学书院“击剑初体验”第一期活动在海宁市少年儿童体育学校成功举办，主题为“探秘少体校+击剑初体验”，吸引了数十名书院学生参与。在少体校蔡教练的带领下，同学们参观了少体校运动场馆设施，并了解了击剑运动的历史、规则及剑种特点。活动中，蔡教练安排击剑队队员与同学们现场结对学习，队员们耐心讲解了击剑的基本动作和技巧，并指导实战演练。击剑体验环节，同学们换上击剑服，手持长剑，在剑道上体验了击剑的速度与激情。惟学书院院生Iskra Kondi认为，“The fencing activity was well-organized. I especially enjoyed with the kids, who were very open to teach and communicate. Everyone was helpful and kind.”来同书院院生崔浩然表示，“实战体验非常刺激，结识了新朋友，期待下次活动。” 下阶段，惟学书院将继续举办类似活动，推广击剑运动与文化。

On March 22nd, the first phase of “Fencing Experience” was successfully held in Haining Children's and Youth Sports School. The students learned about the history, rules and characteristics of fencing. Coach Cai arranged the fencing team members to pair up with the students on the spot. In the fencing experience session, students experienced the speed and passion of fencing on the fencing path. Weixue College will continue to organize similar activities to promote fencing sports and culture.
