来同Laitong | 世界之窗第六期:舌尖上的文化对话 Taste and Connect

3月23日,来同书院“同世界有约・世界之窗”第六期活动在美食与文化的交融中圆满落幕。来自巴基斯坦的USAMA MUHAMMAD ARIF以一道香气四溢的"Biryani"为媒,带领师生开启了一场别开生面的文化之旅。Ong Weeliat教授与同学们围炉共话,在中巴美食的氤氲香气中,探讨两国人文艺术的独特魅力。活动现场其乐融融,欢声笑语间尽显跨文化交流的温暖与感动。寿涵宇说:“亲手制作并品尝巴基斯坦美食,让我收获了快乐与国际友谊。”  钮诗韵感叹到:“五湖四海的我们围聚在桌前备菜、做饭、谈天说地,文化友谊的碰撞为我带来了一个美好的周日。” 丁晨洋认为:“比起餐桌上的美食,更打动我的是大家的欢笑。” 主讲人Arif则表示:“It was a wonderful opportunity to share my cultural heritage and connect with fellow students. The event was a much-needed break from my lab routine, and I felt seen and heard.”

On March 23rd, Laitong College successfully hosted the sixth session of "Global Connection・ Window to the World". Arif, a Pakistani student, guided faculty and students in making traditional Pakistani Biryani, while Prof. Ong Weeliat and students had a happy discussion on China-Pakistan cultural and artistic exchanges through cuisine. The event was lively and engaging, fostering open and meaningful exchanges.
