5月13日,观通书院“甄选咖啡·咖啡研学活动”圆满完成。活动伊始,同学们走进咖啡烘焙工坊,在专业咖啡师的带领下,从生豆筛选、烘焙工艺到成品包装,全程见证了一颗咖啡豆的蜕变之旅。在手冲咖啡教学环节,咖啡师亲自示范研磨技巧、注水手法与萃取时间的控制。同学们亲手操作,用心雕琢每一杯手冲咖啡,对比不同产地的咖啡豆(埃塞俄比亚、哥伦比亚、云南)的风味差异,在氤氲香气中感受咖啡制作的温度与仪式感。活动尾声,同学们与咖啡行业资深从业者展开深度交流,从市场趋势到职业发展,从技术创新到文化传播,在思维碰撞中探寻咖啡产业的无限可能。本次活动以"五感体验"贯穿始终,实现知识获取与技能实践的双重提升。来自巴西的哲咖社成员Diego分享说,"As a coffee enthusiast I was a unique experience to be able to see the processing of the coffee beans and have a great chat with experts on the subject."
On May 13, Guantong College successfully held the Coffee Experiential Learning Activity. Students visited a coffee roasting studio, from raw selection and roasting to final packaging. During the hand-brew workshop, students practiced grinding, pouring, and extraction techniques, and compared flavor profiles of beans from Ethiopia, Colombia, and Yunnan. The activity concluded with an in-depth discussion with professionals.
