01 1.Prepare Materials for Off Campus Internship

(1)Visit the "Campus Life" page, in the "International Student Affairs" column - "Internship" sub column, download and fill in the "Zhejiang University international student off-campus internship practice application form"

(2)Obtain offer from the internship company. The offer should include the following contents：

Start and end dates of internship;

internship（ ×× province ×× city ×× street ×× House number and postcode);

Specific contents of internship;

The name, email address, telephone number and official seal of the internship company.

(3)Original and photocopy of passport of the international student.

02 Apply for off campus internship

The international student should bring the above application materials to the project leader or counselor to apply. After being approved, you should submit the signed internship application form, original and photocopy of passport of the international student, and offer of the internship company to NO.9 window, Residential College (No. 1).

03 Obtain Materials of Internship Visa

including verifying the application materials and reviewing relevant information with the internship company. After passing the examination, the applicant will receive “internship confirmation letter”, “internship notification letter”, “residence permit application letter”, and “the application form of foreigner visa certificate”.

04 Handle for internship visa

The international students brings relevant materials (offer of the internship company, “the application form for off campus internship practice of international students of Zhejiang University”, the student's original and photocopy of passport, “the internship confirmation letter”, “the internship notification letter”, “the residence permit application letter”, and “the application form of foreigner visa certificate”) to apply internship visa in the Entry-Exit Administration Brigade of Haining Public Security Bureau.
