The Residential College Development Project (RCDP) , is the platform for students' General Qualities development. It promotes the concepts of “Interdisciplinary”, “Intercultural” and “Integration” and encourages our students to conduct interdisciplinary research under the guidance of mentor and explore the solutions for those complex problems highly related in our society, which could benefit their future academic projects (SRTP, Challenge Cup Competition), professional and innovative practice (Internet plus, Students' Entrepreneurship Competition ) or other potential programs.
