01 1.Get application materials

International students who live on-campus should issue a "Temporary Registration Certificate" at the reception of the Residential College; international students who live off-campus should submit a "Temporary Residence Permit for Overseas Persons" issued by the local police station.

After obtaining the evidentiary materials of accommodation, collecting and filling the "Foreigner Visa Application Form".

03 3.Apply for a residence permit

International students should bring relevant materials (original and photocopy of passport, original and photocopy of visa, 1 2-inch photo, proof of accommodation, international travel health examination certificate, yellow JW202 form, "Residence Permit Application Letter", "Foreigner Visa Application Form”) to the Exit-Entry Administration Brigade of Haining Public Security Bureau (No. 226, Haizhou West Road, Haining) to apply for a residence permit.

Students need to provide the following materials to the reception location:

Original passport, proof of accommodation, "International Travel Health Examination Certificate" or "Verification Certificate of Physical Examination Records for Overseas Persons"

Students need to pick up the following materials at the reception location:

Yellow JW202 form, "Residence Permit Application Letter", "Foreigner Visa Application Form"
