1.Student Organizations and Societies

Student organizations and associations are unified by the Youth League Committee of campus to be responsible for the identification of publicity materials. The certified publicity materials (with the Youth League Committee’s approval seal) can be directly posted on the Residential College’s publicity column; the reception of the Residential College must be notified before posting.

2.School-running units and departments within the campus

Propaganda materials approved by various school-running units and departments can be directly posted on the Residential College's publicity column; the reception of the Residential College must be informed before posting.

3.Other units or individuals

Please bring the publicity materials to be posted to the NO.6 Window of the Office Hall of the Residential College (NO.1), fill in the "seal record ", and post it only after approval.

All kinds of publicity materials can only be posted on the publicity column in the Residential College, or placed in the designated publicity area of the Residential College.
