8月25日，国际校区书院举办了新生单元破冰活动暨新生单元代表培训，新生单元代表、书院行政代表、书院全体生活老师参加活动，该活动作为国际校区新生始业教育的其中一个环节。 
      书院生活老师带领志愿者们开展了“名字接力”、“介绍他人”、“东问西答”等多样有趣的破冰活动，并向新生单元代表宣讲了书院住宿制度，帮助新生相互了解，尽快适应大学生活，融入书院制校园环境。
       破冰活动后，书院副院长陈晶妍从往年单元代表发挥自我管理力量的各类案例引入，强调了单元代表职责的重要性。她寄语单元代表们带领单元成员共同营造尊重包容、中外融合、共享共建、互帮互促的氛围。

On August 25th, the Residential College counselor led the volunteers to carry out ice-breaking activities and explained the related regulations to the new unit representatives.
The new unit representatives training was held, the Deputy master of the Residential College Chen Jingyan introduced various cases in which the unit representatives exercised their self-management ability and explained the responsibilities of the unit representatives.
