On March 27, the 22nd lecture of the 2022 career planning series counseling, "Interpretation and planning of the policy on student transfer", was held online. Yang Qi, the student selection group of Zhejiang University Foundation Association, delivered a wonderful speech entitled "Serving the grassroots and striving for a new era" to the students in the international campus.

What is a candidate? What are the channels for public examination? Yang Qi first made a detailed introduction to the selection work from two aspects: central and local selection, and made a comparative analysis of the recruitment of selected students with the national examination, provincial examination and confidential units, to help students understand the similarities and differences of different recruitment channels in terms of crowd orientation, examination time and entry

"What are the directional tunes in Zhejiang?" Taking Zhejiang Province and Sichuan Province as examples, Yang Qi compared the policy differences in the recruitment of transfer candidates between different provinces, shared the "mental skills" accumulated in the previous years' transfer work, and taught the transfer selection experience applicable to students of Zhejiang University in detail. 

How to prepare for the transfer application and examination? Yang Qi shared that "first of all, we should be mentally prepared" to be hardworking and ready to serve the grassroots; The second is to consult the announcement and study the policy, and pay attention to the selection of regions and posts. When preparing for the examination, he mentioned that "timely registration is the key, because the time of written examination and interview examination is almost the same, the two examinations should be prepared at the same time". After passing the written examination and interview, you can prepare for political review and physical examination, and finally prepare for entry.

Those who want to grow trees will consolidate their roots, and those who want to flow far away will dredge their springs. The most important thing to take root in the grassroots is to "fill up" the faith. Grass roots work seems to be trivial and complicated, but it is the top priority in the whole national governance system.
