Behind the resume is the core competitiveness. The first step to improve the resume is to learn professional skills and increase work experience. Based on his experience in HR work, he shared the "two key words" for screening resumes: "First, look at potential, and second, look at personal ability, that is, the matching degree between individuals and work units, and the adaptability of experience and ability to job requirements."

Xia Qiang explained the basic elements of the resume and the choice and choice of content. He suggested that the part of "golden advertising space" should be arranged forward, and at the same time, attention should be paid to the "one page" rule and tips for using behavioral verbs. For the details of the preparation of Chinese and English resumes, he suggested that different presentation contents should be selected according to the Chinese and English habits. As for the difference between academic resume and general resume, he emphasized that the focus of academic resume was to emphasize academic experience, which should be distinguished from general resume.

"Students can learn the ideas just now and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of several cases." Xia Qiang prepared several resumes for practical work, and invited students to discuss optimization suggestions on the spot. The students responded warmly and made speeches on the key points that they thought could be optimized in the case. Through today's coaching, I learned that it is very important to show the first impression of your resume. To enrich your resume, you should pay attention to professional ability, including achievements, skills and experience. Secondly, the layout details of the resume should also highlight the characteristics, and I have learned a lot of details in this area. There are also some differences between the work resume and the academic resume. In the final interview, I was most impressed by the statement that we must be sincere. Only when we are full of interest in our work can we impress the interviewer. After this study, I have a better understanding of how the interviewers view the resumes we submitted, and I will pay more attention to and be more experienced in the future resume production.
