On April 18^th, the part-time advisors of the Residential College came to the multi-purpose hall in the International Campus, Zhejiang University, to meet the Chinese and international students. This is the first collective meeting between the part-time advisors and the students of this semester.

The Office of Student Affairs and the Residential College have been working hard to explore a full-fledged mentor system consisting of masters, fellows, tutors, counselors and part-time advisors. The part-time advisors who is politically firm, loving students and have work experience, pair with the student accommodation units to help them grow up. In order to promote the exchange between the part-time advisors and students, the Office of Student Affairs organized this collective meeting.

Dr. Wang Yufen, the director of the Office of the Student Affairs and the Vice-Dean of the Residential College, explained the purpose and significance of the meeting. She hoped the Office of the Student Affairs could set up a smooth communication channel for the part-time advisors and students. Nine part-time advisors participated in the meeting in total and they exchanged and discussed with the students deeply and enthusiastically. The students also shared their experience and problems with part-time advisors. The meeting completed in the relaxed atmosphere.

At the same time, the part-time advisors and the students set up Wechat groups. In the future, the part-time advisors will help the students with life adaptation, learning methods, mental health and other aspects of their life through a variety of forms.
