10月26日中午，吉利控股集团极氪2024届全球校园招聘—浙江大学国际校区专场宣讲会在国际校区来同书院多功能厅成功举办，极氪人力国际化总监俞灵敏在宣讲会现场为浙大学子做了详细分享，来自紫金港校区、国际校区不同专业的中外学生参加了此次宣讲会。

俞灵敏从中国汽车行业市场现状、吉利集团和极氪公司情况、极氪人才培养体系、招聘岗位、薪酬福利等方面进行了介绍。本次专场招聘会面向“软件开发”“汽车研发”“三点研发”“智能制造与质量”营销服务”“运营与支持”等多个岗位类别，电气工程及其自动化、电子信息、能源动力、金融、工商管理等多个专业的中外籍学生均表现出了强烈的兴趣。

此外，本次宣讲会还特别推出“总裁办公室经营管理““商务管理““海外市场营销”岗位，极氪总裁办公室三位HRBP专程进行现场简历筛选及面试。

宣讲过程中，来自不同国家不同专业的学生认真聆听，积极互动，纷纷结合自身情况就自己关心的问题进行了现场咨询，并主动投递简历，期待进入后续的面试流程。
