Place of acceptance:Reception, Residential College, International Campus.

01 Check in

Full-time students admitted to Zhejiang University must check in in the first year of enrollment, sign the "Accommodation Agreement", enter the Residential College's accommodation management system (rc.intl.zju.edu.cn) to select a room, and check in at the reception of Residential College with the campus card.

Students of School-running unit project and temporary staff must apply to the Residential College from the school-running unit at least one week before check-in, and can check in at the reception after get approval.

02 2.Adjustment

Every academic year, students of the Residential College have an opportunity to adjust their dormitories in accordance with the rights stipulated in the "Academy Accommodation System and Code of Conduct". Students should apply through the Residential College accommodation Management System (Rc.intl.zju.edu.cn), and through contact reception to complete dormitory adjustment and room inspection.

03 3.Check out

When applying for check out due to factors such as off-campus dormitory, student status change, overseas exchange, graduation, etc., you must download the "Residential College Check Out Application Form", which must be signed by the counselor, stamped by the school, and submitted to the Residential College for approval.

04 4.Reception

Check-in/check-out service, check the room before and after check-in to ensure that the items and facilities are complete.
